The Jib Crane is ingeniously designed with three main components: the column and cantilever arm, auxiliary lifting equipment, and a non-standard fixture.The auxiliary lifting equipment encompasses Electric hoist, intelligent auxiliary elevator, and pneumatic balance hoist:
1. The Electric hoist operates using a two-speed control mode. Its cost-effectiveness, ease of installation, simple operation, and low maintenance make it perfect for factory warehouses and other similar environments.
2. The Intelligent auxiliary elevator, composed of servo drive, servo motor, and reducer, is microprocessor-controlled. It uniquely senses the operator's intended power direction and efficiently generates upward and downward power. Within specified limits, it enables the workpiece to move at variable speeds, ensuring efficient handling with ease, precision, intelligence, speed control, and safety.
3. The Pneumatic balance hoist offers full suspension capabilities within its free stroke, allowing for precise positioning of the workpiece, facilitating effortless load shifting and assembly.
