GENERAL INTRODUCTION
Hard-arm robotic manipulator
utilizes pneumatic logic principles to effectively solve the problems of transfer and assembly in the industrial field. It assists manipulator in performing gripping, handling, lifting, and other transfer actions on objects, quickly and accurately assembling them at predetermined positions or carrying out complex operations on production lines. It is an ideal assistive transfer and assembly equipment for material loading/unloading and production assembly.
The general application scenarios mainly include:
1. The target object is too heavy or too large to achieve manual handling
2. The transfer angle and position of the target object are difficult to achieve manually
3. The target object is easy to cause high loss through manual transfer
4. The target object is easy to cause large manpower loss
Based on the above situation, we introduced the robot as an auxiliary handling tool to solve the problem perfectly. In this process, irregular objects, heavy objects, and special objects have achieved efficient transfer, saving and protecting manpower loss, and it's been more and more widely used in the industrial production process.
MAIN COMPONENTS
1.The main body of the assist arm (made entirely of carbon steel).
2.Pneumatic fixture system (made of carbon steel material, with contact to the workpiece)
3.Airway control system (all power for the robotic arm is provided by compressed air)
4.The safety system (the rotating joints of the robotic arm have brakes that automatically engage in the event of air loss.If there is a sudden lack of air supply, the robotic arm will not perform any rapid up and down movements.)
