The Jib Crane is ingeniously composed of three main parts: the robust column and cantilever arm, the versatile auxiliary lifting equipment, and the adaptable non-standard fixture.Our auxiliary lifting equipment includes a variety of options such as the Electric hoist, an intelligent auxiliary elevator, and a pneumatic balance hoist:
1. The Electric hoist employs a sophisticated two-speed control mode. It is cost-effective, easy to install and operate, and requires minimal maintenance, making it an ideal choice for factory warehouses and similar environments.
2. The Intelligent auxiliary elevator is an advanced system composed of a servo drive, servo motor, and reducer, all governed by a microprocessor. It intuitively senses the operator's intended direction and generates the necessary power for upward and downward movements. Within its rated range, it allows for variable speed handling, ensuring efficient and precise operations. Its user-friendly interface, high precision, intelligent speed control, and reliable safety features make it exemplary.
